Phone/Fax Orders
Our sales staff is here to assist you from 9:00 until 5:00 EST. Orders and inquires are welcome by phone or fax, however availability must be confirmed verbally upon placing your order.

Confirmations
A signed Rental Contract is required to confirm all orders. The contractual agreement specifies all terms and conditions.

Payment Terms
Orders will be shipped COD or by credit card. A signed Credit Card Authorization Form is required to be on file for all clients. Net 30 terms may be established when credit requirements have been met.

Shipping
Creative Tables, Inc. uses Federal Express for shipping nationwide. Orders are shipped to arrive two days prior to the scheduled event date. Creative Tables, Inc. will schedule return pick up for the first business day following your event. Return air bills and instructions are included with your order to make this process easy. Shipping charges will be added to the order at the time of shipping. Shipping estimates are available upon request.
